It's Over!

"Chord" that is.  Abbey was in a choir for several months which recently ended with performances for the Dragon Boat Festival and Children's Day.  I am really proud of her for sticking it out and sorry to say that she dreaded it more than enjoying it.  On an almost daily basis she would ask, "Is it chord?  Is it chord?"  She just couldn't seem to say choir and her Friday's became a mix of being thrilled for art class with teacher Amy and enduring choir practice. It was just 45 minutes, but for her it seemed really long. She did learn a lot of great music that I loved hearing and I will always remember these last few months full of her constantly singing this...
